Refund & cancellation policy

mullaperiyar.online (“the site”, “we”) is run by Reuben C Kuruvilla, Kerala, India. This policy covers the paid Supporter plan (₹500 per month). Flood alerts themselves are free and need no payment.

Cancellation

• Monthly autopay: stop it any time in one tap from My account (“Stop monthly payment”), or by emailing us. No further monthly charges are made after you stop. You remain a Supporter until the end of the month already paid.
• You can also cancel the mandate from your UPI app or bank; please tell us too, so we can update your account.
• Pay once: one-time payments have no auto-debit, so there is nothing to cancel — the plan ends on the date shown in My account.

Refunds

• Duplicate or wrong charge: if you were charged twice or an amount different from what you chose, we refund the extra amount in full.
• Failed payment but money deducted: refunded in full (Razorpay usually returns these automatically).
• Change of mind: you may ask for a full refund of any payment within 7 days of that payment (this includes a monthly autopay charge you forgot to stop).
• After 7 days, payments for the period already started are not refundable.

How to ask

Email reubenckearth@gmail.com with your registered email and the Razorpay payment ID. We reply within 3 working days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
